We maintain a vetted network of contractors across London's boroughs. All contractors are assessed for insurance, qualifications, references, and quality of previous work. For each block, we prioritise contractors who operate locally to ensure faster response times. Directors are welcome to nominate preferred contractors, who undergo the same vetting process.
In most cases, yes. The process depends on your current management agreement's notice period, which is typically one to three months. If your block has an RMC or RTM company, the directors have the authority to appoint a new agent. We handle the entire transition — from handover checklist to resident communications — so the changeover is structured and straightforward.
Our fees are based on the size and complexity of the block rather than its specific location within London. We provide a transparent fee proposal after visiting your building and assessing its management requirements. There are no hidden charges — the fee structure is set out clearly in advance.
