How It Works
Changing managing agents is a straightforward process. Here's how we handle it.
We discuss your building, your current arrangements, and what you need from a managing agent. No obligation.
A Partner visits your block, reviews the property and financial position, and prepares a clear, transparent proposal.
We coordinate directly with the outgoing agent using a detailed handover checklist, keeping directors informed at every stage.
Residents receive an introduction, portal access is set up, and your dedicated Partner is in place. Meetings are arranged and a plan of action is agreed.
We provide block management services across Greater London and the surrounding Home Counties, with coverage extending into the South East and South West.
