A Partner visits your building, inspects the communal areas, reviews your existing contracts, and assesses the overall condition of the property.
You receive a clear, itemised management proposal covering all services, fees, and how the transition from your current agent would work.
There is no obligation to proceed. If you choose Pearl, we handle the entire handover. If not, you still have a useful assessment of your block.
